Hemos tenido otra semana ocupada aquí. Uno de nuestros principales enfoques ha sido reemplazando las tarjetas importantes que se perdieron con la billetera de Emanaku hace una semana. Esta semana pasada nos estiro hasta nuestros límites. Esto estuvo increíblemente completo, mas de Viernes – Martes, estábamos viajando a través de una banda de distorsión masiva que afectó a muchos de nosotros en todo el mundo. We’ve had a super busy week here. Several projects were completed including the river rock baseboards in AN•Wasi and the small plastic roof over our clothesline. It’s definitely never boring here. A good example of this was last Sunday. It was one of those special Out of Time days. Emanaku and I were alone on the land and deeply enjoyed the quiet. This was the kind of blessed day that we wish we could experience more often. It felt like time [ Read More…. ]
We’ve had lots of activity here during the past week. German and two helpers have been building the river rock paths around our house. There has been a steady stream of wheelbarrows full of rocks and cement passing below my office window. The paths have built in channels to lead the rainwater away from our [ Read More…. ]
We have completed the house for Solara and Emanáku and the construction of a very sweet, one bedroom guest house called AN•Wasi which can be rented by those wishing to visit the Heart of AN and stay on the land for a few days. We have also built a small guardian house called AN•Tika.
Saturday is our one year anniversary of living at the Heart of AN! It’s hard to believe that we’ve been here one complete year, yet in another sense it feels like we have been here forever. This past week brought us many adjustments and New Beginnings. Our new Dog of AN, Manzana, is such a joy. She is becoming more relaxed and at home each day.
