It was yet another super busy week at The Heart of AN! ♥ Changes took place in so many areas. Glass was put into many of the windows. This was a busy week with both accelerated progress and sudden stops at The Heart of AN. Sometimes the house was full of workers and much got done. It was another super productive week at The Heart of AN. ♥ There were both subtle refinements and some basic, very practical projects going on, such as the beginning of the installation of our water system to the house. Another super accelerated, Fast Track week at The Heart of AN! ♥ We had breakthroughs with doors, floors, showers, stairs, painting and electricity. It was a super busy week at The Heart of AN with much progress and a huge creative surge that’s being felt by everyone there. All the downstairs floors have been completed and they are now putting pastileros in the upstairs bathrooms. Three different carpenters are creating our doors, as well as cabinets for the [ Read More…. ]
Huge progress is being made in many areas this week. We are now at a point where we can increasingly insert our unique creativity, which means that there are hundreds of decisions to be made each day and we need to be physically at the house more and more. ♥ ♥ And we still have [ Read More…. ]
Building a house is a constant master class in patience. Everyone promises to have a job done in one week, then a month or more later, we are still waiting. Much is in progress at The Heart of AN. ♥ Tiles were put on the entrance gate and most of the remaining door frames arrived. We bought a cistern and water pumps. The first pastillero tiles are being installed in the entrada of our house. Once this is done, we can FINALLY get our stairs. [ Read More…. ]

It’s Inti Raymi, the main Inca celebration! This means that most of our workers went to Cuzco to participate, leaving only four of them here.
