The AN•visible 

After the Activation Ceremony, we all enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by our friends Ludo and Zobeida who own a nearby Hostal. Several people had brought our workers small gifts from their countries and these were handed out with much enthusiasm.

Later that afternoon, many of us returned to the site of our ceremony and discovered that the Activation was still going strongly….

After our despacho ceremony was complete, we moved our sacred staffs of AN to the four doorways of the AN•Chakana. This is when the Activation of the Heart of AN officially began!

Now, the music starts to play. Our five musicians came together and created the perfect music for our ceremony almost effortlessly….

After a very successful Readers of the Cards Class, we had two “days off” in which to run to Cuzco to talk the printer into making new cards to replace the defective and dirty ones….

We’ve had an ultra busy week here at the Heart of AN! Last Thursday, we picked up the books and cards for “The Cards of AN” in Cuzco. Then we met with Sebastian, Petra and Ursulai who had just arrived and drove home in two cars. On the way, there was a very powerful double [ Read More…. ]

There have been many changes during the past week. Except for Justo, our temporary guardian of the past few years, all our workers have finished their tasks and didn’t return this week. Emanaku and I have been super, super busy readying AN•Wasi for the arrival last Monday of Arbaline & Alanah from the US and [ Read More…. ]

We have been in full action mode here this week! Victor and Basilio have returned to create the tubes in the ground that will hold our ceremonial staffs and banners for the Activation of the Heart of AN on June 30th. Rucio has also returned with an unknown helper to clean up the land and [ Read More…. ]

This week brought us lots of changes at The Heart of AN. Last week was the final week here for Victor, Basilio and Claudio. They will return next week for one day to help us prepare for our June 30th Activation by putting tubes in the ground to hold our ceremonial staffs and flags. It [ Read More…. ]

We just had a super wild, ridiculously busy week here. But without much sleep, we managed to finish “The Cards of •AN•” and took the book and cards to the printer on Tuesday. Tomorrow or Monday, we will return to Cuzco to look over the proofs. On Saturday we will meet with a seamstress in [ Read More…. ]

It was yet another, super busy week at The Heart of AN. It was very exciting to finish the painting of our house. The final pieces of scaffolding are being removed today. The bancos have finally been painted so they match the house. Everything feels so sparkling white and clean. The construction of the AN•Chakana [ Read More…. ]

The most exciting development this week at The Heart of AN is the creation of our AN•Chakana. This will be the focal point of our ceremonies here. Although none of us have ever made anything like this, probably because this is the only AN•Chakana on the planet, it is turning out far better than we [ Read More…. ]

It’s been another busy week here. Victor, Basilio and Claudio are painting the exterior of our house, so we have scaffolding up, but it is already looking much better and will protect the yeso against the rain next year. Unless we decide to build a small doghouse, this will be there last project here…. at [ Read More…. ]

We had another very busy week at The Heart of AN! Here is what was accomplished: • The yeso plaster on the wall around our house was completed. It is deeply transforming and brings more light into our house. • One of our pumps broke and had to be replaced. (This was a cheap pump [ Read More…. ]

The past week saw overcast skies and colder nights as we head into late autumn here in the Southern Hemisphere. When it was sunny, the days were hot. But we are all used to getting things done no matter what the weather is doing. Our main focus this week has been finalizing the design for [ Read More…. ]

Last week the rainy season returned and drenched us for several days. It was good for all the plants, but not so great for those who had to work outside. Now, the Sun has returned! AN•Wasi is finally nearing completion. We are going to start moving in the furniture this week and then the super [ Read More…. ]

Something has significantly changed since the Full Moon / Lunar Eclipse four days ago. It feels like everything has reached a new level.
