On October 29, seventeen True Ones gathered together at the Heart of AN in Peru for two days of preparation, followed by five days of AN•TAWA Ceremonies. On our second day of preparations, we painted our Drums of AN. This is always a collaboration between the Keeper of the Drum, the Drum itself and the AN energies. The theme is the Sun and Moon as One Being. It is fun to watch the design emerge. After lunch, we ceremonially filled bottles of [ Read More…. ]
On our third day together, we went to the magnificent Inca site of Moray. It was built in four craters where a meteorite hit the ground a long time ago. On November 1, our Day 4, we went to Laguna Piuray ~ the Sacred Lake of AN. As soon as we arrived, we put on our Magenta Ponchos and the energy instantly shifted to a completely new level. We were Timeless True Ones in physical forms. It felt amazing. We quickly formed a procession and [ Read More…. ]
On Day 5, we walked out of our old lives into our New True Lives on the AN•LABYRINTH. This is always a deep experience. On Day 6, we traveled to Laguna Qoricocha ~ the Sacred Lake of the great Inka Pachacutec (He Who Overturns Time and Space). As we were descending down the hill to the lake, we heard the sounds of many Pututus (conch shell trumpets) descending down the opposite side of the lake. Someone else was making [ Read More…. ]
On Day 6, we traveled to Laguna Qoricocha ~ the Sacred Lake of the great Inka Pachacutec (He Who Overturns Time and Space). Making Ceremonies at Laguna Qoricocha is always a greatly expanded experience. Since we have so much space there, we naturally spread out and everything becomes much vaster. On our final day together, we visited the AN•Chakana and sat as Jewels in the Crown, then chanted the HU TAWA HU. We spent the afternoon at the Tower of Light of AN, making a free flowing rain ceremony and then playing our Drums of AN. It was exquisite. Our amazing week together had passed [ Read More…. ]
